Stress Reduction Survey (SRS1)
MRD focus on avoiding the damaging effects of work related stress and creating programmes for people to keep their life in balance. From this survey you can focus the stress management activity of yourself and your organisation to maximum effect.
Team Dynamics Questionnaire (TDQ1)
The dynamic of the energy within a team is a key component of true team effectiveness. Where does the energy within your team go? Is it to meet operational objectives or get absorbed in internal interactions? From this survey you can better understand your team dynamic, and know where to work to make it truly effective.
Recruitment Diversity (RDV1)
When you or your managers recruit, what factors are being considered? Are all the opportunities being considered? Is diversity being embraced to harness the gifts of all potential team members? From this survey you will see where diversity is being harnessed and where you may be missing valuable opportunities.
